Kat has been working with SQL Server since 1998. Currently she holds the position as Senior DBA and Manager of the Database Service team for EL Paso County where her primary focus is for strategic planning, database development and administration for SQL Server. Past positions have allowed her to work in military\government, manufacturing, and dotcoms environments. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Managing Information systems from Colorado Technical University.

Andrew is relatively new in the SQL Server community having only worked with SQL Server since 2007. He currently works for Messenger International, a not-for-profit organization located in Palmer Lake, CO, where he is responsible for all things database. Andrew's current focus is developing a unified Business Intelligence solution for each of Messenger International's branch offices.

Chris is a SQL Server MVP and started working with SQL Server in 1995 and continues with it to this day. His career has taken him from a Yellow Pages publishing company to Wells Fargo and mortgage companies like Pulte Mortgage. Chris has enjoyed speaking and writing about SQL Server for the last 10 years. The combination of speaking and writing was his guide in becoming the Site Manager for SSWUG.ORG. Chris has been active in the SQL Server Community for a number of years including being the founder of the Colorado Springs SQL Server User Group and speaking as the SSWUG content chair, not only at SSWUG Conferences but at Dev Connections and PASS as well. Chris’s writings can be found on SSWUG.org, his blog (chrisshaw.wordpress.com) and in the SQL Server 2005 Bible.
